💼 About This Role

You'll lead validation and verification of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI, a next-generation defense prime. You'll design and execute test campaigns in simulated and real-world conditions, analyzing telemetry and logs to assess system behavior. This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical systems with a $1.4B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute validation & verification of defense systems in simulated and real-world conditions
• Design and conduct rigorous flight test campaigns for new features and configurations
• Define, document, and refine structured test protocols
• Capture and interpret telemetry, logs, and test outcomes to assess system behavior
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to support debugging and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in validation on aerospace or robotic systems, or embedded robotics
• Solid understanding of methodology for rigorous testing and validation of technical systems
• Wide engineering culture around flight dynamics, control systems, avionics, and/or RF systems
• Strong statistical analysis skills to interpret test data and validate reliability
