• Oversee daily check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.

• Support recruitment, training, and performance assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or similar roles.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., MEWS, Revinate).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Additional languages beyond English and Spanish.
• Experience with MEWS, Revinate, WAY, or HUBos.
