📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of software engineering with significant hands-on coding experience
• Proven leadership managing engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Go, and full-stack development
• Experience designing scalable architectures and end-to-end SaaS systems
