You'll design product content experiences for Trustpilot's global B2B customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and adoption. You'll shape product narratives and lead content strategy while integrating AI processes into workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and edit in-product content like flows, interface language, and terminology
• Shape product narratives and develop documentation with product peers
• Lead B2B content strategy and run regular tests to optimize
• Drive AI integration in content design workflows and prompt libraries
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mocks in Figma

📋 Requirements

• Substantial experience in content design or UX writing
• Portfolio with content that drove tangible business results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
• Familiarity with UX tools like Figma
