You'll be the first point of contact for HR requests in Sierra Leone, ensuring excellent employee experience and compliance with local labor law. This role combines payroll support, office management, and employee relations for a fast-growing fintech making Africa cashless. You'll collaborate across teams to streamline HR processes and support a rapidly scaling international workforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Compile and update employee records in HRIS.
• Assist payroll team with supporting data preparation.
• Oversee admin, logistics, and travel arrangements in the office.
• Manage employee relations, complaints, and queries.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Sierra Leone labor law and HR best practices.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience with BambooHR or other HRIS.
