💼 About This Role

You'll own payroll operations and benefits administration across Campus, running end-to-end processing and managing health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. You'll ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and lead the annual benefits renewal process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
• Manage payroll through Rippling, including audits and reporting
• Own benefits portfolio and lead annual renewal process
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA regulations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Rippling payroll system
• Experience managing benefits programs and vendor negotiations
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Fidelity 401k administration
• Experience with Carta equity administration
• Experience in fast-growing startup environment
