💼 About This Role

You'll lead a classroom of 12-16 children with a Teacher Aide, conducting daily lessons in Bible, academics, and social-emotional development. Your core impact is building life-changing relationships with kids and parents while executing vision-aligned programming in a faith-based environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead classroom with 12-16 children and a Teacher Aide
• Develop and execute daily lessons including Bible, academic, and social-emotional
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences and home visits
• Maintain nurturing environment and enforce preschool policy

📋 Requirements

• BA, AA, or CDA in early childhood education or related field
• Must meet state licensing: BA, AA, CDA, or HS diploma with 1,500 hours working with children
• Pass all state and local background checks
• Obtain Safe With You Training, CPR/First Aid, and Prepare to Care within 60 days
