Description

You will lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, owning hiring metrics and driving data-informed strategies to meet scaling needs. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the talent acquisition vision, remove operational blockers, and champion diversity and remote work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech recruiting at a high-growth startup
  • Experience managing a recruiting team
  • Hands-on with hiring metrics, pipelines, data-driven strategies, and predictive analytics
  • Track record of driving initiatives and meeting scaling needs
  • Fluent in English, strong alignment with Remote's values

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer
  • Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze data trends, and influence hiring strategy
  • Shape long-term TA strategy in partnership with Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to meet targets and ensure great candidate experience
  • Drive innovation by exploring new processes, programs, and tools
