Description
You will lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, owning hiring metrics and driving data-informed strategies to meet scaling needs. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the talent acquisition vision, remove operational blockers, and champion diversity and remote work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tech recruiting at a high-growth startup
- Experience managing a recruiting team
- Hands-on with hiring metrics, pipelines, data-driven strategies, and predictive analytics
- Track record of driving initiatives and meeting scaling needs
- Fluent in English, strong alignment with Remote's values
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer
- Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze data trends, and influence hiring strategy
- Shape long-term TA strategy in partnership with Director of Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to meet targets and ensure great candidate experience
- Drive innovation by exploring new processes, programs, and tools
