💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Base Power's owner's representative overseeing capital construction projects from design to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance while coordinating with internal teams to ensure project scope meets operational needs. This role offers the chance to work on factory renovations and new construction for a next-generation power company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage contractor performance and design consultant deliverables across project phases
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project scope meets technical requirements
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate issues
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch list, commissioning, and warranty tracking

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing commercial/industrial construction projects in owner's representative capacity
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules including change order evaluation
• Working knowledge of construction documents and MEP systems
• Experience coordinating with architects and engineers across design and construction phases

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent platforms
• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
