🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team engineering programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Track and report program health, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing across engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs/services, and data flows.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leaders.

• Advanced degree is a plus.
• PMP/PMI, Agile/SAFe, or Lean certifications.
