📋 Requirements

• Expertise in HR strategies within a regulated financial services environment.
• Deep knowledge of the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition and retention.
• Experience with strategic compensation including equity and executive compensation.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in compliance and legal functions.
