- Manage multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
- Design automated customer journeys for key segments.
- Conduct experimentation on campaign components.
- Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty partners.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems and push notifications.
