  • 2+ years of CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems and push notifications.
