💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering execution and scale delivery for a growing crypto fintech company. You'll act as the bridge between CTO and engineering teams, turning strategy into outcomes. This role offers high ownership in shaping both product and engineering culture at a YC-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CTO and cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into plans and delivery outcomes.
• Lead and support multiple engineering squads, ensuring alignment and impactful delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent; develop engineers and managers.
• Drive engineering excellence and pragmatic technical decision-making for scalable systems.

📋 Requirements

• Head of Engineering experience in a FinTech environment
• Track record of managing multiple teams and scaling delivery in fast-paced orgs
• Strong people leadership skills: coaching, feedback, performance management
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
