💼 About This Role

You'll build Qualytics' partnerships function from scratch, driving co-sell motions with ecosystem partners like Snowflake and Databricks. Your core impact will be generating partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, turning relationships into measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key ecosystem partners like Snowflake and Databricks
  • Enable partner sales teams to confidently introduce Qualytics to customers
  • Create repeatable co-sell playbooks in collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing on partner activities

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience with co-sell motions involving Snowflake or Databricks
  • Track record of generating partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to operate independently and build from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in data quality, data observability, or data catalog space
  • Existing relationships with Snowflake, Databricks, or Atlan partner ecosystems
  • Experience as the first partnerships hire at an early-stage company
