- 5+ years in software, storage, or enterprise IT industry.
- 3+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
- Enterprise or commercial accounts support experience.
- Data protection, backup, recovery, or infrastructure solutions design experience.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
