  • 5+ years in software, storage, or enterprise IT industry.
  • 3+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
  • Enterprise or commercial accounts support experience.
  • Data protection, backup, recovery, or infrastructure solutions design experience.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
