💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or center settings. You'll implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs while building positive relationships with families. MeBe offers paid RBT training and career growth in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or CBT certification
• Bachelor's degree
• CPR/BLS certification (for certain locations)
