💼 About This Role

You'll operate as a senior technical leader embedded with operators and clients, owning complex problem spaces from discovery through production. You'll define system architectures that scale across a portfolio of 30+ companies and deliver AI-powered automation that moves business metrics. This role combines hands-on coding with setting technical direction for intelligent systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with operators to identify automation opportunities.
• Own architecture and delivery of end-to-end systems across web, cloud, data, and AI.
• Define and build robust APIs, agentic workflows, and AI/ML-driven systems.
• Rapidly prototype and harden solutions in live client environments.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with Staff-level impact.
• Proven experience leveraging AI development stack (e.g., Claude, custom MCP).
• Track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces end to end.
• Broad technical depth across Python, React/Next.js, SQL/NoSQL, cloud.
