You'll lead and grow Minitab's presence across EMEA North, shaping strategy and developing a strong regional team within data-driven manufacturing and analytics. You'll own regional revenue targets and drive growth across manufacturing, industrial, and engineering-led sectors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets across software and services
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for EMEA North
• Build and maintain pipeline through direct sales, channel partners, alliances
• Lead consultative, value-based sales approach for analytics and manufacturing solutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS or on-premise)
• 3+ years leading regional or enterprise sales teams
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Experience selling into manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working across UK and Northern Europe (Nordics, Benelux)
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM
• Experience with subscription and recurring revenue models
