💼 About This Role

You'll drive solution sales and revenue growth across the U.S. market for a first-in-class NGS platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, building a customer pipeline and closing high-value deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate and close net-new business across target accounts in the U.S.
  • Build and maintain a qualified customer pipeline to consistently hit quota.
  • Own the full solution sales cycle from qualification through close.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales involving scientists and executives.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–10 years of selling experience in genomics capital equipment or adjacent life science category.
  • Background in molecular biology, genomics, or related scientific field with minimum a Masters degree.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, six-figure+ solution deals with long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into academic medical centers, reference labs, or commercial diagnostic labs.
