💼 About This Role

You'll support the Pricing Assortment Management team at Picnic to optimize our commercial strategy using data analytics. Your insights will directly shape pricing, promotions, and product availability across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze price developments across the assortment
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions
• Analyze customer shopping behavior to improve promotions
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Tech Teams on projects

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and dashboards
• Availability to work 16–20 hours per week

• First experience with Python or similar
• Fluent in German
• Interest in retail, FMCG, or pricing strategy
