💼 About This Role

You'll join Truckstop's inside sales team to drive new business with carrier audiences, using value-based selling to convert leads into closed-won deals. You'll own a full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on speed-to-lead and outbound engagement. This role offers monthly commission on top of base salary.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Meet monthly booking quotas through full-cycle sales approach
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into closed-won deals
  • Conduct virtual product demos using Value Based Selling
  • Maintain pipelines and manage activities in Salesforce.com

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience carrying and reaching a sales quota
  • Proven ability to communicate business value of software solutions
  • Skilled in handling objections and uncovering business needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Knowledge of freight/logistics industry or SaaS sales
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
