💼 About This Role

You'll join the Creatives Team to build a one-stop-shop for advertisers' creative production, enabling clients to create and manage CTV, video, audio, and DOOH ads. You'll deliver scalable web APIs and component libraries that reduce reliance on third-party providers. This remote-first role offers exposure to modern tech stacks like GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor team on best practices and conduct code reviews
• Architect scalable web APIs and backend systems
• Identify and solve technical challenges across teams
• Conduct technical interviews to attract top talent

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building web applications with outstanding UX
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and AWS
• Experience with unit tests and end-to-end tests
• Experience with relational databases and key-value stores
