You'll personally carry a req load of high-priority technical roles while architecting strategy to scale engineering and product. This role offers a chance to shape the AI talent landscape as we grow from Series B to next phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a high-performing team of senior technical recruiters
• Personally carry and close a load of technical reqs
• Act as advisor to technical founders and leaders
• Monitor health of technical hiring funnel and implement pivots

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 5+ years in leadership at high-growth AI or infrastructure startups
• Proven experience partnering with founders who have a high bar
• Track record of winning talent away from top labs and tech giants
