Lead strategic brand marketing for the WWE 2K franchise, defining brand vision and go-to-market strategies to engage our global community. You will own brand identity across media, content, events, and partnerships, collaborating with WWE and Visual Concepts to amplify cultural impact.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience in gaming, sports, entertainment, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience leading high-impact go-to-market campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing performance metrics, creative development, and media planning.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with licensed IP or talent-driven brands is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with PC/console gaming (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam); bonus for live-service games or fandom-driven communities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and presentation ability.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global brand vision and long-term narrative for the WWE 2K franchise.
- Lead global brand strategy, driving multi-channel campaign development with cross-functional teams.
- Steward the WWE 2K brand identity, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track brand health and campaign KPIs in partnership with Analytics, Commercial, and Product teams.
- Champion consumer insights through research roadmaps and synthesis of player feedback and data.
