🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop world-class AI solutions (agentic systems, RAG, extraction pipelines).
• Lead AI projects from conception to production implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product management teams.
• Explain AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience developing AI solutions and deploying to production.
• Strong knowledge of LLM models and their capabilities/limitations.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Elixir, TypeScript).
