You'll own the end-to-end product strategy for Loop's Recommendations Skill, the AI engine that turns signals into decisions. You'll shape the recommendation lifecycle and governance workflows. This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise planning, and organizational decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Loop's Recommendations Skill
• Define planning rules as a product concept including governance and versioning
• Design the recommendation surface for prioritized, explainable actions
• Build governance and approval workflows for human review and batch approval

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years making AI/data/ML systems actionable in complex organizations
• Deep familiarity with enterprise planning decisions and governance
• Experience with signal ingestion, insight generation, and recommendation creation
• Ability to work with Chief Strategy Officers and portfolio leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Management consulting background
• Experience with Jira or Atlassian ecosystem
