You'll lead complex back-end projects in a high-growth environment, reporting to experienced Engineering Managers who invest in your growth. You'll shape technical direction and architecture while mentoring team members. This role offers hybrid or fully remote work within Canada and collaboration with Principal Engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product features end-to-end from design to deployment
• Lead system design and architecture discussions
• Conduct code reviews and drive technical excellence
• Mentor engineers of varying experience levels

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 2 years leading back-end or full-stack projects
• Hands-on experience in system design for complex projects
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
