You'll manage group health insurance enrollments and act as the link between customers and carriers to ensure coverage is accurate and on time. You'll work across carrier portals, Salesforce, and internal systems while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance selections.
• Master carrier-specific portals to process orders and approvals.
• Review customer data for eligibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with Licensed Benefits Advisors and customer-facing teams.
• Resolve carrier follow-up requests and information gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of professional work experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or startup.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce.
• Proven success in metrics-based roles with data accuracy and KPIs.
• Strong background in high-volume data entry and processing under tight deadlines.
