You'll serve as the front-line support for trust and safety issues on a leading livestream shopping platform. You'll de-escalate and resolve high-complexity cases for German users while maintaining customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires commuting to Dublin, with flexibility to work from home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide inbound email support for German users on trust and safety issues
• Investigate high-complexity and high-sensitivity Trust & Risk cases
• Serve as escalation point for issues requiring cultural and language nuance
• Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve open questions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Trust & Safety, customer service, or user experience
• Fluent in German and English
• Weekend availability required
• Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom

✨ Nice to Have

• 4-year degree
• Knowledge of collectibles
• Experience with social media, parcel delivery, or marketplace operations
