• Provide audit support for M&A and post‑integration stages
• Assess governance, risk, and internal control frameworks
• Manage integrated audits involving finance, ops, IT, and cybersecurity

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in internal audit or risk management
• Financial and operational audit expertise
• Leadership experience in international environments
• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CISA, CPA, CFA or similar)
