💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global logistics and distribution strategy for a clinical-stage vaccine company, overseeing shipping and storage of all CMC materials. You'll ensure compliant, efficient delivery of materials for Research, Development, Clinical, and Commercial operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement global logistics and distribution strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Oversee compliant shipping and storage operations for all CMC materials
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, 3PLs, and cold chain vendors
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global logistics team

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in international cGMP cold chain shipping
• 12+ years experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience managing a pharmaceutical 3PL
• BA/BS in a science-related discipline
