You'll provide IT Help Desk support and maintain critical IT infrastructure for a fusion energy startup. You'll ensure smooth operations for software and hardware engineering teams. This role offers the chance to contribute to clean energy innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide IT Help Desk support and assistance for all members
• Setup, configure and maintain machines and workspaces for employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents involving hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure including network stacks

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field
• 2+ years of experience as IT support staff
• Experience supporting hybrid Windows and MacOS environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiar with Agile project management software (Atlassian suite, Trello)
• Experience with on-premises server and database management
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Javascript, Python, Ansible)
