💼 About This Role

You'll manage and lead a team of nurse practitioners (NPs) ensuring safe and effective remote care across various clients and conditions. Your work will directly impact quality of care and team performance in a rapidly growing telehealth startup. You'll split time between direct patient care and administrative leadership duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of nurse practitioners in rapid growth
• Establish recurring 1:1s with NPs as needed
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and quality initiatives
• Engage in direct virtual patient care (asynchronous and synchronous)

📋 Requirements

• Licensed and board-certified nurse practitioner (NP) degree
• 2+ years experience managing NPs or similar healthcare professionals
• Prior experience in virtual care required
• Active unrestricted medical license in at least 20 states preferred

• Prior experience in clinical operations
• Educational experience
• Computer proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Zoho, Notion, Slack
