• Lead and improve operational infrastructure for global partner programs
• Develop scalable frameworks for partner tiers, incentives, and governance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for partner metrics
• Optimize CRM, PRM, and deal registration platforms
• Standardize documentation and operational procedures across partner lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Partner Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years leadership experience building operational teams
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystem models (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs)
