You'll support the development and delivery of inclusion initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging across the organization. Coordinate ERGs and events while tracking participation and impact. Partner with HR and stakeholders to ensure programs are well-executed and organized.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and execute inclusion programs with ownership of select workstreams.
  • Support planning and delivery of events, campaigns, and key moments.
  • Support day-to-day coordination of Employee Resource Groups and interest groups.
  • Manage timelines, trackers, and project plans for inclusion initiatives.
  • Collect and organize engagement and participation data for reporting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience owning or independently driving components of projects or programs.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events or programs including logistics.
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking program outcomes.
