You'll own the supply side of Preply Business, ensuring B2B clients have the right tutor coverage, quality, and operating standards. You'll translate commercial priorities into actionable supply programs and lead cross-functional projects from diagnosis to rollout. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own B2B supply end-to-end, covering tutor coverage, quality, and standards.
• Represent Supply in B2B planning with leadership, translating commercial priorities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from diagnosis to rollout for measurable improvements.
• Build scalable policies and governance for quality and fairness.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech.
• Strong program/project leadership driving ambiguous cross-functional work.
• Stakeholder management and influence with senior leaders across B2B, Product, CX.
• Data-driven approach with Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.

• B2B commercial exposure and understanding of sales cycles.
• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker).
