💼 About This Role

You'll own customer outcomes for an AI-native financial operating system used by health systems, ensuring customers realize value quickly and consistently. You'll drive adoption, proactively manage account health, and build deep relationships that turn customers into strong advocates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to define success and track measurable value.
• Guide onboarding and ongoing engagement to embed product in workflows.
• Proactively monitor account health and identify risks early.
• Develop trusted relationships across operators and executives.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and partner with commercial team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success or customer-facing experience in SaaS/healthcare.
• Outcome-oriented with focus on delivering measurable value.
• Strong relationship builder including executive stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset in fast-paced startup.
