Description

As Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the CXone platform, defining how AI-native capabilities are built and delivered. You will manage a team of Product Managers, own the platform roadmap, and drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate application teams' time to market.

Requirements

• Experience leading product management for platform or shared services
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Experience with API facades, security, compliance, telemetry, tenant management, billing
• Track record of managing product roadmaps and backlogs

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy and AI enablement roadmap
• Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives with engineering
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and cross-solution backlogs
• Balance market demand, customer needs, and business objectives
• Manage cost margins for multi-million dollar solution set
