You'll lead a high-performing team of CRM Consultants, delivering campaigns across multiple channels on the Braze platform. Your leadership will elevate campaign quality and drive long-term client success. You'll work in a remote-first, fast-paced agency environment with a global crew.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants
• Lead end-to-end execution of CRM initiatives in Braze
• Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns using Braze
• Partner with clients to understand goals and shape solutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of CRM experience
• 4+ years in a leadership or management role
• 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience
• Fluent English (C1 level)

• Braze certifications (Practitioner, Marketer, or equivalent)
• Strong SQL skills
