🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data from multiple databases to improve quality and risk adjustment outcomes.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms for healthcare data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to optimize patient outcomes and risk adjustment.
• Explore emerging AI technologies to solve healthcare problems.
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and Python coding for ML.
• 7+ years with GitHub/Git, Python, SQL, statistics, and ML modeling.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML models to real-world problems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR data preferred.
