You'll lead mobile crisis intervention services within a CBHC Urgent Care team, overseeing clinical and administrative operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations and service delivery of MCI services
• Train and monitor staff in wraparound service model
• Train staff in crisis assessment and safety plan development
• Maintain community referral relationships

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC)
• Four years of clinical experience, two in a supervisory role
• Expertise providing behavioral health and crisis services to children and families
