Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll resolve service tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for move-in. You'll work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair while providing excellent customer service in a residential community.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Personal reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements
• Preserve building appearance and community safety through general upkeep and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies
