Description

You will serve as the chief technical authority for electrical systems, defining architecture and strategic direction. You'll work with management on the technical roadmap and mentor senior engineers to solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Master of Science or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in electrical hardware design and architecture
• Recognized expert in power electronics, RF design, system architecture, or high-speed digital design
• Experience with DFM, DFT, and EMC/EMI
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities

• Define overall electrical architecture for new systems
• Lead technical direction through analysis, simulation, and block diagramming
• Serve as final technical sign-off authority on design decisions and product releases
• Mentor and guide Electrical Engineers
• Provide expert-level technical solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
