You'll take full ownership of the email marketing function at BURGA, crafting global campaigns for a fast-growing brand. You'll drive conversions and strengthen brand loyalty, collaborating with creative and marketing teams. This role offers a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand taking the world by storm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 18 email marketing accounts
• Develop impactful, on-brand email campaigns to increase sales
• Build, test, and optimize automated and manual email flows
• Run A/B tests to ensure peak performance

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting
• Track record of creating high-performing campaigns that drive engagement and sales
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven optimization approach
