- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for Sales Representatives.
- Strategically manage team schedules to maximize coverage at events.
- Oversee setup and dismantle of activation booths.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide hands-on support at activation events.

- Proven experience in a sales role achieving or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
