Description

You will advocate Starlink's mission and capability to various regulatory bodies worldwide, leveraging legal expertise to partner with satellite policy advisors and engineers. You'll influence and manage the policy environment for domestic and international portfolios that enable Starlink to serve customers globally.

Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
• 1+ years of experience with regulatory and policy matters
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Must be willing to work extended hours or weekends as needed
• Based in Washington, DC and requires being onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate for broadband and spectrum policies to further SpaceX's business objectives and Starlink's success
• Draft pleadings, letters, and other advocacy pieces to promote SpaceX's policy positions
• Contribute to satellite spectrum policy and outreach activities with government officials
• Represent the company before the FCC, NTIA, and other federal agencies and regional organizations
• Develop and administer regulatory licensing application preparation, pursuit, and compliance requirements
