You'll own practitioner relationships across a defined book of business, guiding onboarding, adoption, and growth. You'll help practices effectively implement and optimize Fullscript within their workflows, driving retention and long-term engagement. This role offers remote-first flexibility with a focus on impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage portfolio of practitioner accounts across onboarding, growth, retention.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and training to support platform use.
  • Identify practitioner needs and challenges through discovery and engagement.
  • Document interactions and activities in CRM systems.
  • Communicate regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience conducting customer calls or training sessions.
  • Ability to manage a book of business and use CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health environments.
  • Familiarity with practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
  • Experience supporting adoption or behavior change in customer accounts.
