You'll own practitioner relationships across a defined book of business, guiding onboarding, adoption, and growth. You'll help practices effectively implement and optimize Fullscript within their workflows, driving retention and long-term engagement. This role offers remote-first flexibility with a focus on impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of practitioner accounts across onboarding, growth, retention.
- Conduct calls, meetings, and training to support platform use.
- Identify practitioner needs and challenges through discovery and engagement.
- Document interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- Communicate regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience conducting customer calls or training sessions.
- Ability to manage a book of business and use CRM systems like Salesforce.

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health environments.
- Familiarity with practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
- Experience supporting adoption or behavior change in customer accounts.
