You'll shape the vision and roadmap for Enterprise, making Fullscript the go-to solution for our biggest partners. You'll define how practitioners interpret lab results, personalize treatments, and engage patients using connected insights. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to change how care happens.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve long-term vision for Enterprise in the clinical ecosystem
• Lead product development from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations
• Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and GTM teams
• Establish KPIs balancing growth, reliability, and patient impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience launching and scaling complex platforms
• 3+ years operating in the healthcare industry
• Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals
• Operational fluency to scale product processes and improve effectiveness
