You'll be Pylon's first EMEA CSM hire, owning accounts end-to-end and becoming a product expert. You'll build scalable customer education and work with engineering to improve the product. This role offers a clear path to leadership in a high-growth startup backed by a16z.
π― What You'll Do
- Host calls to onboard customers and teach best practices
- Help grow and shape the customer success motion
- Work with engineering to build tooling and convey product feedback
- Build scalable customer education like webinars and content
π Requirements
- Located in or willing to relocate to London
- 1 month on-site ramp in San Francisco office
- Comfortable regularly interacting with customers over chat and video
- Able to dive deep into customer use cases and recommend solutions
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Slack Connect, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools
- Familiarity with support tooling (Pylon, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Experience at an early-stage startup or scaling a new regional office
