You'll own the full product design lifecycle for both consumer and developer tools at a blockchain and web3 company. This role blends B2C and B2B surfaces, requiring systems thinking and high craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from research to final delivery.
• Design across both consumer and developer-facing products.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align on priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience with shipped products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including component architecture.
• Proven experience building scalable design systems.
